Despite reporting the issue, the staff did not intervene, and the television had no English channels, making it pointless in a tourist area.

I had a great night at this place! The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, especially the fresh coffee made on demand. The interiors are older but the bed was super comfortable. However, the bathroom setup was quite unusual, with the shower being cramped next to the toilet. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Double Room. The room had a fridge, air conditioning, and a nice shower. Breakfast was a delight with various options. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. It’s not in the city center but the tram station was close, so it was easy to explore more of Florence.
